    C-Cubed Computers will clean up your operating system to make your computer run more efficient. We can remove viruses, spyware and malware that can block your computer from functioning properly. We will install a lifetime security system for a one time fee that will provide you with the best proteciton available.

    Hardware.

    C-Cubed Computers can repair most hardware problems in desktop, laptop and all-in-one computers. This includes motherboards, cracked screens, power supplies, memory units, laptop power plugs etc.. C-Cubed Commputers can replace face plates on iPod, iPad, iPhones and Cellphones Quality parts and workmanship are a standard practice at C-Cubed Computers.

That's why we use Flat-Rate pricing for all of our in-shop repair services. Flat-Rate pricing ensures you know what your going to pay up-front, before the service is done - no surprises here! We also understand the old adage; "there ain't no free lunch", and that's why we don't do "free" diagnostics.   • Remote Support

    Remote Support The Remote Service C-Cubed Computers offers, is a paid remote computer repair service and as such is NOT free.  To utilize this service you must agree to and accept the following:
    - The service cost is $45.00 for the first 30-minutes and $1.00 per minute for each minute thereafter.

    - You may be asked for a credit-card number and/or payment arrangements before repair services begin.  Failure to provide this information when asked will be cause to stop the service.

    - This is an interactive service and as such you must be available to the technician during the entire time a remote session exists.  Failure to stay with the computer or to help the technician when requested will be cause to stop the service.  If the service is stopped for failure to attend - you will be charged to the point of work stoppage.

    - Certain repairs cannot be completed in a remote session and may require you to deliver your computer to our place of business for further repair or troubleshooting.  Any further repair actions will be charged separately from this remote service.

    All remote repairs are warranted the same as our in-shop repairs.  You may view and print a copy of our repair warranty

    By clicking on the the 'accept" button below I understand that I will be charged a minimum of $45.00 for the first 30-minutes of remote service and I further authorize my credit card to be charged for services rendered.

    On-site calls are billed by time & materials. Our current hourly labor rate is $75 the fisrt hour and $50 every hour after; however we do have several Flat-Rate* labor items including:

    Includes setting up a new computer system not purchased from C-Cubed Computers. New computer setup includes the following: Setting up the computer in your home, connecting to a printer, connecting to your internet service provider and configuring your email client to check your existing email account.

    C-Cubed Computers- computer systems carry a 90-day, 1 ,2 or 3 year parts and labor warranty (As stated on your invoice) and all work is performed in our shop by the same people who built your computer. 

     

    Limited Warranty for C-Cubed Computers Creative Series Computer Systems

    C-Cubed Computers- computer systems purchased in the U.S. come with a 90-day, one-year, two-year, or three-year limited parts and labor warranty. To determine which warranty came with your system, see your invoice. The following sections describe the limited warranties and return policy for the U.S.

     

    What is covered by this limited warranty?

    This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your C-Cubed Computers- computer system to the original purchaser only.  Limited warranties are not transferable.

     

    What is not covered by this limited warranty?

    This limited warranty expressly DOES NOT cover:

    • Any Software, including the operating system and software added to the C-Cubed Computers computer by us or our suppliers.
    • Any preventive or regular maintenance service such as, but not limited to; cleaning of fans, cleaning of power supplies, performing regular software updates and service packs, or problems caused thereby.
    • Problems that result from:
      • External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power or telephone systems
      • Servicing not authorized or provided by us
      • Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions
      • Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance
      • Parts failures caused by failing to perform preventive maintenance service
      • Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied and installed by us.
      • Virus' or other forms of malware and spyware.
      • File sharing services Ares or Limewire or any similar P2P programs.
    • Products with missing or altered serial numbers
    • Products for which we have not received full payment (excluding payment plans in good standing).
    • Nature (storms, lighting, flood, earthquake, ect.)
    • Systems warranty seal is removed or tampered with.
    • Missing or altered user data (Customer is responsible for backing up data)
    • Monitors purchased with your computer system (Monitors are covered under a separate manufacturer warranty only - see the manufacturers warranty for details.)
    • Printers purchased with your computer system (Printers are covered under a separate manufacturer warranty only - see the manufacturers warranty for details.)

    THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE (OR JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION). C-CUBED COMPUTERS RESPONSIBILITY FOR MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS IN HARDWARE IS LIMITED TO REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT.     How long does this limited warranty last?

    This limited warranty lasts for the time period indicated on your invoice. The limited warranty begins on the date of the invoice. The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product or any parts. C-Cubed Computers may change the availability of limited warranties, at its discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.

     

    What do I do if I need warranty service?

    Before the warranty expires, present the system to us at our regular place of business. You will be required to present a copy of your original invoice at this time.  Please have your invoice copy handy.

     

    What will C-Cubed Computers do?

    During the first 90-days of all limited warranties: During the first 90-days of all limited warranties, we will repair any new C-Cubed Computers- computer system returned to us that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. If we are not able to repair the product, we will replace it with a comparable product that is new or refurbished.

    When you contact us, we will issue a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA #) for you to include with your return. You must return the product(s) to us or ship it/them to us in it's/their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk if the product is lost or damaged in shipment. We will return the repaired or replacement product(s) to you. We will pay to ship the repaired or replaced product(s) to you if you use an address in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. possessions and territories). Otherwise, we will ship the product to you freight collect.

    If we determine that the problem is not covered under this warranty, we will notify you and inform you of service alternatives that are available to you on a fee basis.

     

    Note: Before you ship/deliver the product to us, make sure to back up the data on the hard drive and any other storage device in the product. Remove any confidential, proprietary or personal information, REMOVE THE ADMINISTRATOR AND USER PASSWORDS FROM THE SYSTEM, removable media, such as floppy disks, CDs, or PC Cards. We are not responsible for any of your confidential, proprietary or personal information; lost or corrupted data; or damaged or lost removable media.

    During the remaining time:For the remaining period of the limited warranty, we will replace any defective part with new or refurbished parts, if we agree that it needs to be replaced. When you contact us, we will require a valid credit card number at the time you request a replacement part, but we will not charge you for the replacement part as long as you return the original part to us within thirty days after we ship the replacement part to you. If we do not receive the original part within thirty days, we will charge to your credit card the then-current standard price for that part.

    We will pay to ship the part to you if you use an address in the United States, (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. possessions and territories). Otherwise, we will ship the part, freight collect.

     

    Note: Before you replace parts, make sure to back up the data on the hard drive and any other storage device in the product. We are not responsible for lost or corrupted data.

     

    What if I purchased a service agreement?

    If you are under an active service agreement with C-Cubed Computers, service will be provided to you under the terms of your service agreement. Please call us at 254-918-3320 to arrange for a service technician to assist you.

     

    How will you fix my product?

    We use new and refurbished parts made by various manufacturers in performing warranty repairs and in building replacement parts and systems. Refurbished parts and systems are parts or systems that have been returned to C-Cubed Computers, some of which were never used by a customer. All parts and systems are inspected and tested for quality. Replacement parts and systems are covered for the remaining period of the limited warranty for the product you bought. C-Cubed Computers owns all parts removed from repaired products.

     

    Is my limited warranty transferable?

    Limited warranties on computer systems are not transferable.  You may be required to produce a copy of the original sales invoice when requesting service.

    Labor Warranty

    LABOR LIMITED WARRANTY

    Paid Labor carries a 30-day warranty (Unless otherwise stated on your invoice or packing slip) and all work is performed to industry standards by fully qualified technical personnel

    C-Cubed Computers warrants to you that we will accomplish all repairs in a timely and professional workmanship like manner.  We also warrant the following:

     

    Limited Warranty for on-site labor and repairs

    • Paid on-site labor is warranted for 30-days after completion of work.  Failure of parts purchased from us and installed by us within 30-days from the date of the original service invoice will be replaced and installed by us free of charge.  After 30-days the manufacturers warranty applies.  We will accomplish your warranty repairs or replacement at the place we originally accomplished the work, if you request us to do so.  You must request warranty service before the expiration of this warranty. Failed parts must be returned to us not-later-than 30-days from the date of the original invoice to qualify for in-house replacement.  Parts warranties after the first 30-days must be handled with the manufacturer directly.

     

    Limited Warranty for in-shop labor and repairs

      • Servicing not authorized or provided by us.
      • Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.
      • Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance.
      • Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by us.
    • Labor or services for which we have not received payment (except those accounts on time payment plans that are current).
    • Parts received after 30-days from your original labor invoice

    What do I do if I need warranty service?

    Before the warranty expires, please call us at 254-918-3320. You will be required to give the name of the purchaser and date of purchase at this time.  Please have your invoice copy handy.

     

    What will C-Cubed Computers do?

    During the first 30-days of all limited warranties: During the first 30-days of this limited warranty, we will re-accomplish any C-Cubed Computers provided labor actions that prove to be defective in workmanship including labor (If the original service was accomplished on-site, we will accomplish any warranty repairs at the location where the service was originally provided, if requested to do so.  If the original job was accomplished in-shop, we will accomplish any warranty repairs at our business location.  If we are unable to repair the product we will refund your paid labor charges.

    If we determine that the problem is not covered under this warranty, we will notify you and inform you of service alternatives that are available to you on a fee basis.

     

    Note: Before you deliver the product to us, make sure to back up the data on the hard drive and any other storage device in the product.     Parts And Accessories Warranty

    PARTS LIMITED WARRANTY

    Parts come with a 30-day replacement warranty (Unless otherwise stated on your invoice or packing slip)

    C-Cubed Computers warrants to you that we will replace a defective part purchased from us with a like or similar item (if item is no longer available or in-stock).  We also warrant the following:

     

    Parts Warranty

    • All new parts (except memory in retail packaging or any brand Printer or Monitor - These parts are covered by a separate manufacturers warranty.  Please see the manufacturers warranty statement for terms and conditions) purchased from C-Cubed Computers carry a 30-day replacement limited warranty.  After 30-days the manufacturers warranty applies.

     

    What is covered by this limited warranty?

    This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your C-Cubed Computers purchased part only for a period of 30-days.   Beyond 30-days the manufacturers warranty only applies.

     

    What is not covered by this limited warranty?

    This limited warranty expressly DOES NOT cover:

    • Any Software that has been opened or was sold in "As is" condition
    • Monitors - Monitors are covered under the manufacturer warranty only - see your warranty for details.
    • Printers - Printers are covered under the manufacturer warranty only - see your warranty for details.
    • Kingston RAM or Value RAM products sold in sealed consumer packaging are covered under the manufacturer warranty only - see www.Kingston.com for details
    • CPU's (Processors) that were sold in sealed (PIB or similar anti-tamper packaging) consumer packaging.  Original manufacturers warranty only applies - See warranty included with package for return procedure
    • Problems that result from:
      • External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power or telephone systems

    How long does this limited warranty last?

    This parts limited warranty lasts for 30-days from the date of purchase (as indicated on your invoice).  The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted part. C-Cubed Computers may change the availability of limited warranties, at its discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.

     

    What do I do if I need warranty service?

    Before the warranty expires, please present the failed part to us at our place of business along with all original packaging and manuals and accessories originally included with the product.  You will be required to present proof of purchase at this time.  Please have your invoice copy handy.

     

    What will C-Cubed Computers do?

    During the first 30-days of all limited warranties: During the first 30-days of all limited warranties, we will repair or replace a defective C-Cubed Computers provided part(s) that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship including labor (if original purchase included installation or service whether on-site of in-shop. If the original job was accomplished on-site, we will accomplish any warranty repairs or replacement at the location where the part or service was originally installed or serviced.  If the original job was accomplished in-shop, we will accomplish any warranty repairs or replacement at our business location.  You are responsible for the cost of returning defective parts to us.  If we are not able to repair the product, we will replace it with a comparable product that is new or refurbished.

    When you contact us, we will issue a Return Material Authorization Number for you to include with your return. You must return the products to us in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk if the product is lost or damaged in shipment. We will return the repaired or replacement products to you. We will pay to ship the repaired or replaced products to you if you use an address in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. possessions and territories). Otherwise, we will ship the product to you freight collect.

    If we determine that the problem is not covered under this warranty, we will notify you and inform you of service alternatives that are available to you on a fee basis.

     

    Note: Before you ship/deliver the product(s) to us, make sure to back up the data on the hard drive(s) and any other storage device(s) in the product(s). Remove any confidential, proprietary or personal information, REMOVE THE ADMINISTRATOR PASSWORD FROM THE SYSTEM, removable media, such as floppy disks, CDs, or PC Cards. We are not responsible for any of your confidential, proprietary or personal information; lost or corrupted data; or damaged or lost removable media.

    Note: Before you replace parts, make sure to back up the data on the hard drive(s) and any other storage device(s) in the product(s). We are not responsible for lost or corrupted data.

    What if I purchased a service contract?

    If you are on an active service contract with C-Cubed Computers, service will be provided to you under the terms of the service agreement. Please call us at 254-918-3320 to arrange for a service technician to assist you.

     

    How will you fix my product?

    We use new and refurbished parts made by various manufacturers in performing warranty repairs and in building replacement parts and systems. Refurbished parts and systems are parts or systems that have been returned to C-Cubed Computers, some of which were never used by a customer. All parts and systems are inspected and tested for quality. Replacement parts and systems are covered for the remaining period of the limited warranty for the product you bought. C-Cubed Computers owns all parts removed from repaired products.

     

    Is my limited warranty transferable?

    C-Cubed Computers Limited warranties on parts may not be transferred. Warranties provided by manufacturers may be transferable.  Please see the manufacturers limited warranty statement for specific coverage's and transferability. You will be required to produce the original invoice when requesting parts replacement -repair.
